Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Requests:

For all exchange requests, customers must provide the Order Number along with the original invoice for verification and processing.

Exchange Policy & Guidelines:

(a) ChenOne does not offer refunds on purchases, only exchanges are allowed, subject to policy terms.

(b) Customers must initiate an exchange request within 10-12 days of receiving their order via the designated communication channels along with order details and clear images of the received product.

(c) All exchange requests are subject to inspection, evaluation and approval in accordance with ChenOne’s quality and return standards.

(d) If a complaint is verified and deemed valid upon assessment, ChenOne may offer a refund to the customer’s bank account in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.

Our  policy of “No Product Returns”, subject to the terms and conditions listed below. However, “Refund amount” may be applicable in accordance with the terms & conditions outlined below.

(2)   Damaged product

(3)   Wrong item dispatched

(4)   Manufacturing defect

 Process:

(1)   Refund amount after verification will be processed accordingly (T&CS apply)

(2)   Verification to be conducted through image/video evidence and order validation

(3)   Expected refund amount processing: 10-12 working days

Customer Returns (Non-Justified)

 (1)  Did not like the product

(2)  Color preference issues

(3)  Change of mind

(4)  Any other

Process:

- Not eligible for refund under defect policy
